In 2013, Red Mango sought to boost loyalty and attract new customers in a crowded frozen yogurt market. As the Design Lead, I executed the campaign’s creative vision—bridging art direction, design production, and digital execution. I translated the brand’s playful, crave-worthy tone into cohesive visuals across packaging, in-store materials, web, and mobile, ensuring consistency from concept through final production.

Develop a loyalty program that stood out in a saturated market while maintaining Red Mango’s energetic personality and design integrity across physical and digital spaces. The solution needed to blend visual appeal with functionality, uniting in-store engagement and mobile convenience under one cohesive experience.

Partnering with Paytronix, I collaborated closely with Red Mango’s Founder, the Creative Director and marketing team to develop Club Mango—a loyalty app integrating payments, gifting, and exclusive rewards. I managed production for all visual assets, from print-ready materials and in-store displays to responsive web layouts and app interfaces. The “Eat Me” campaign’s bold, tactile illustrations extended across every channel, creating a vibrant, unified look and feel.

As part of the Club Mango launch, I led the creative development of eye-catching in-store print materials and playful, on-brand social messaging to drive engagement across all customer touchpoints. The visual strategy combined bold, easy-to-read graphics with layered textures and thoughtful detail in the web design — creating a cohesive experience that felt both fresh and intuitive. Every design decision was guided by a carefully considered creative process, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across channels.
Launch of Super Biotics
To introduce its new line of Super Biotic Smoothies, Red Mango teased the campaign solely thru the newly designed loyalty app using splash screens and personalization for customers registered with participating locations. The week of the event, an email blast was sent out and the campaign generated strong foot traffic, boosted product trial, and reinforced Red Mango’s playful brand personality. By merging storytelling, design, and experiential marketing, the Summer of Super Biotics became a memorable launch that connected with fans and created lasting brand excitement. The colorful visuals extended across in-store displays, packaging, and promotional giveaways, creating a cohesive and energetic brand experience. Participating stores gave away superhero-themed memorabilia to the first 250 guests, tying the product launch to a fun, collectible moment.
