KIDS HEART CHALLENGE

The American Heart Association’s Kids Heart Challenge program has partnered with schools across the country for over 47 years. KHC brings health and awareness to families, along with teaching lifesaving skills such as hands-only CPR. By participating in this amazing program, heart and stroke survivors in the community are celebrated, families are challenged with health initiatives and students earn gifts for fundraising.

During my time with AHA, I oversaw all creative for the School Engagement team including print materials, digital experiences and most importantly, the thank-you gifts! From developing characters — to product design, KHC was my favorite program. As the acting Creative Director, I consolidated and reduced print materials, developed the introduction of Mystery Gifts, concepted and created digital experiences, which reflected as average revenue growth of 20% each fiscal year.
